By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Gigi is an AI-powered LinkedIn outreach tool that analyzes publicly available prospect profiles, generates personality and communication style insights, scores prospect-offer fit, and drafts personalized outreach message sequences. The Service uses large language models (LLMs) including OpenAI and Anthropic APIs to generate content. All messages require explicit user approval before being sent. No messages are sent automatically without human review and confirmation (“Human-in-the-Loop”).
To use the Service, you must:
You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
The Service operates on a pay-per-lead credit system:
Each credit covers one prospect: found, AI-researched, and messaged. Credits never expire. Payments are one-time purchases processed securely via Stripe.
You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws, including LinkedIn's Terms of Service and User Agreement. You shall NOT:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.
The Service integrates with LinkedIn through Unipile, a third-party API provider. By connecting your LinkedIn account, you authorize us to access your LinkedIn profile, send connection requests and messages on your behalf (only after your explicit approval), and read publicly available profile data of prospects.
We do not store your LinkedIn password. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by LinkedIn Corporation. LinkedIn may change its policies or API access at any time, which may affect the Service's functionality. We are not liable for actions taken by LinkedIn against your account as a result of your use of the Service, though we implement safety limits (e.g., daily connection caps) to minimize risk.
The Service uses AI (powered by OpenAI and/or Anthropic) to generate prospect analyses, fit scores, and message drafts. You acknowledge that:
The Service, including its design, algorithms, branding, and underlying technology, is the intellectual property of the Company. You retain ownership of any content you provide (e.g., your offer descriptions, targeting criteria). Messages generated by the AI on your behalf are licensed to you for your use in outreach. You may not claim AI-generated analyses or methodologies as your own proprietary technology.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, business opportunities, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim. The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may delete your data within 30 days of termination, unless retention is required by law.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
